How to Use the Time Log Tool

Getting Started

Before using the tool, ensure that all necessary ship data is filled and saved in the Ship’s Data page, particularly in the General Info section 💾. This step is crucial for accurate and organized record-keeping.

Step 1: Create a Time Log Entry 📝

Once the Ship’s Data is saved, you can begin creating your own logs. Input the following details for each entry:

• Date and Time of Activity: Record the exact date and time of the operation.

• Activity: Specify the operation being performed (e.g., mooring, cargo handling, bunkering).

• Comment: Add any relevant notes or observations about the activity ✍️.

Step 2: Fill in Additional Details

Below the main log entries, fill in the following fields for better context and tracking:

• Ship’s Position: Enter the vessel's current position 🌍.

• Ship’s Operation: Describe the ongoing operation or ship status.

• Current UTC Offset: Input the current UTC offset for accurate time recording.

• Issued Date: Record the date when the time log is issued 📅.

• General Remark (Optional): Add any extra notes or comments as needed.

Step 3: Save Your Data 💾

Click all Save buttons to ensure that your data is securely stored. The tool provides feedback notifications to confirm successful saving ✅.

Step 4: Print or Save Your Time Log 🖨️

Once all entries and details are saved:

1. Click the Print button to generate the Time Log Printout Form 📄.

2. In the top-right corner, use the Printer Icon to either print the form directly or save it as a PDF.
